Teams are managed in two ways: 1) by artist and 2) by genre. Genre teams group together people with similar music tastes that are willing to work on all projects that fall within that musical category. The team will be presented with tasks and materials for every appropriate artist that asks to use a genre team to promote their project. This means that there could potentially be a lot of projects to work on. Artist teams are more straightforward. These teams only work on projects for a specific artist.
